| As part of
our IT badge we put together an old 486 computer and
used it to play an old arcade game called 'Centipede'.
It was great fun! The aim of the game was to gain as
many points as possible by shooting the centipede as it
made its way down the screen, weaving in and out of
loads of 'mushrooms'. You control a gun, which you can
move from left to right at the bottom of the screen. As
well as the centipede, every so often spiders appear on
the screen and try and get you by bouncing up and down.
You get extra points if you are able to shoot them! If
you get hit you still get two more chances to get the
centipede. There are lots of levels in the game, and
the further you go, the more points you get!
